Over the last three years I have been working on a quintet project called Earth Sounds Now, with drummer, composer, scholar, and bandleader Asher Gamedze, music producer Nicolás Jaar, pianist and composer Büşra Kayıkçı, and novelist, poet, and sound performer Kaie Kellough. The album, Convergence, is out today on Other People.
